Bollywood Star Abhishek Bachchan

Abhishek Bachchan (height: 6ft 3in, 1.9m) is the son of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bhaduri. He did his schooling at Bombay and degree at the Boston University, USA.

Abhishek Bachchan married Aishwarya Rai in April 2007. It should be noted that Abhishek Bachchan was earlier engaged to Karisma Kapoor, but the engagement broke because Karishma Kapoor wanted to marry an Industrialist of Delhi.

Although the marriage was restricted to a few invitees only, the wedding pictures are continuously being posted on Internet.

Awards, Honors and Recognition

Abhishek Bachchan won the Filmfare's Best Supporting Actor Award for 3 years in a row for the films Yuva (2005), Sarkar (2006) and Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (2007). He also received the Best Supporting Actor Award of IIFA for Yuva (2005) and Sarkar (2006).

Abhishek bachchan won the Best Supporting Actor Actor Award of Zee Cine for Phir Milenge (2005), Sarkar (2006) and Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna(2007). He also won the Star Screen's Best Supporting Actor Award for Yuva (2005) and Best Comedian Award for Bunty Aur Babli (2006). Stardust has recognised by awarding him the Awards Star of the Year Award for Yuva (2005) and Best Supporting Actor Award for Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (2007).
