John Abraham (height 6ft 1in, birthday December 17, 1972, real name Farhan) is a former model turned Bollywood actor. He is the son of Christian father and Iranian mother Phiroza Irani . He is a MBA from MET. Abraham's received his early education form Bombay Scottish School and Jai Hind College.

It is being said that John Abraham is engaged to Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu. There are some recent rumors that their relationship is not so good these days and Bipasha Basu is seen with Saif Ali Khan. But John Abraham has denied these rumors.

John Abraham won the Bollywood Movie Award(2003) for the film " Jism"as a Best Male Debut. He also won the IIFA Best Villain Award for Dhoom in 2004, Zee Cine Award for Best Actor in a Negative Role for "Dhoom" and AIFA Awards (2006) for Best Actor in movie "Karam".
