Biography of Bollywood Star Ranbir Kapoor

Ranbir Kapoor (birthday September 28, 1982) is the son of actors Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh. He comes from well-known and prestigious Kapoor film clan started by his great grandfather was Prithviraj Kapoor. He shares his birthday with Lata Mangeshkar and he is very happy about this.

As a child he was naughty, stubborn and a cry baby. He used to bunk classes. He was attracted towards films right from his childhood. However, today he is understanding, calm and composed.

Interesteingly, Ranbir Kapoor's idol is not his father, Rishi Kapoor, but his grand father, the great showman, Raj Kapoor. His name is borrowed from Raj Kapoor (Ranbirraj Kapoor). Ranbir says about Raj Kapoor films, "All are close to my heart but the one I alweays like is "Shree 420". A simple film, yet I learnt many things and I could connect to it."
