Preity Zinta (height 5ft 4in, 1.63 m; birthday, date of birth 31st January 1975) was born in Rohru (Shimla), Himachal Pradesh, India. Her father Durganand Zinta was an officer in the Indian Army. Zinta attended Bombay University. She graduated in criminal psychology at the St. Bedes College.
